Hereby we would like to inform you that the Decree N 132n "On positions for foreign national's not requiring quota to work in Russia in 2009" was published on the 13th of May 2009. The Decree comes into force on the 24th of May. Decree contains a list of 17 positions 5 positions less than the Decree for 2008.

It is now possible to apply for work permits for foreign nations which are being employed for the positions stipulated by the Decree even if the quota application for such employees was not submitted in 2008

2. General director of a joint enterprise
3. General director of an enterprise
4. General director of general directorship
5. General director of an inter-industry scientific venture
6. General director of a production facility
7. Director of a plant
8. Director of a Representative office
9. Director (executive) of a production joint enterprise
10. Director of a factory
11. Director (head, executive) of an enterprise
12. Director of a firm
13. Director of a joint stock company
14. Director of a joint enterprise
15. Director (head) industrial complex
16. IT security engineer
17. Engineer of automation and mechanization of production procedures.
